8 ounces cream cheese, softened

6 oz shredded mozzarella
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350℉. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Transfer the dip to a shallow gratin dish. Bake for 15 minutes until hot and bubbling. Serve hot with crackers or toasted pita bread.
