Sam kneaded the dough.
He is our best kneader.

A third of the dough was formed into Olive rolls.
Another third was made into cinnamon rolls.
The last third was made into a loaf of white bread.
In addition to the breads, our Roman feast was Roasted Chicken glazed with garum (fish sauce that Roman's loved), Garbanzo Bean salad, grilled fish...
