In The Kitchen: German Edition

We had a lot of fun exploring Germany with various activities. We completed our map work in the morning and the boys thought that places like the "Black Forest" and the "Rhine River" were wonderful places for fairy tales to be set! Then Katie, with a little help from the boys (grinding the nuts) made German Almond Cresent cookies, which she served at Tea Time. At Tea Time I read "The Bremen Town Musicians," a tale by Grimm.
For dinner I made Hot German Potato Salad and served it with Sauerkraut and Sausages.
