- 3 medium size ribs celery thinly sliced
- 3 large Gala apples, unpeeled, quartered, cored, and cut into 1/4 inch dice
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup walnut or pecan pieces
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, prepared or homemade
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients. Refrigerate 1 hour.
