Boil and mash one small potato. Add: 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup of peanut butter |
You can break off little pieces of peanuts to make the eyes of the potatoes. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. They will firm up a little as they cool. |
