1 green pepper, sliced
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips, or chicken tenderloins
1 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 cup Hawaiian Barbecue Sauce or regular Bar-B-Que
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained or equivalent amount of fresh pineapple
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spread vegetables onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chicken.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour evenly over chicken. Cover loosely with foil.
Bake 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with hot cooked rice.
