Things I Assume You Have On Hand
salt and pepper
2 cloves of garlic, peeled and diced
Italian seasoning (basil, parsley, oregano) 
olive oil
taco seasoning
2 1/2 Tab. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tab. white vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 mayonnaise
1 bouillon cube
1 bay leaf
brown sugar
powdered mustard
Dijon style mustard
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil

2 cups + 1/2 cup apple juice
5-6 cups apples, cleaned, cored and cut into slices about 1/4 inch thick
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup chopped raisins
2 Tab. margarine or butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tea. baking soda
1 tea. salt
1/2 cup molasses
 1 egg
1 stick of softened butter

1 cup chopped nuts
6 oz dried prunes, chopped
6 oz dates, chopped
8 oz dark raisins
6 oz golden raisins
6 oz currents
¾ cup butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
¾ cup molasses
½ cup coffee liqueur (or ½ cup strong black coffee)
Zest and juice of 2 oranges
8 oz glace cherries
8 oz candied citrus peel
8 oz toasted pecans, roughly chopped
2 tsp allspice
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp powdered ginger 
1 tsp cloves
2 tsp nutmeg

1 1/2 cup shelled edamame, steamed until cooked but still crisp

2 medium red bell peppers
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 avocado, sliced
1 jalapeno, sliced
2 mangos
1 head of cabbage
1 medium carrot (or about 1/4 cup minced)
2 Tab. minced onion (we used red onion)

1 & 1/3 cups whipping cream
24 eggs, eggs for deviled eggs, +

1/3 cup prepared basil pesto (You can also mix this with equal amounts of mayo for a pesto mayo, if you prefer)
1 jar of mango, pineapple, peach or other fruit salsa
2-3 bags tortilla chips
mashed potato flakes
Thai salad dressing
1 16oz can tomato sauce 
1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
2 cups dried chickpeas
2 cups flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
2 cups bread crumbs
1 can pineapple rings
1 jar maraschino cherries
