 This shopping list is to make One Week's Worth of Thrifty Freezer to Crockpot Meals

4 lbs Meat (beef, pork, whatever is on sale), cubed
2 lb Sausage, thinly sliced or crumbled
2 lb Pork Roast, or any kind of pork, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 pound chicken, any type of boneless
6 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 bone-in chicken thighs, skinned

shredded Cheddar cheese
sour cream
2 cup non-dairy milk (or heavy cream)

11 Onions, chopped
18 Carrots, sliced
8 Zucchini, sliced
6 Celery stalks, chopped
4 Red Bell Peppers, chopped
2 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
1 pound Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn plus 2 cups frozen corn
1 package (16 ounces) package frozen pepper stir-fry vegetable mix
1 cup frozen green peas

3- 14 oz can Canned Tomatoes, diced
6- 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
4-10oz. cans Tomatoes with Chili Peppers
2 cans Butter Beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
2 (16 ounce) can chili beans
2 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
3 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
2 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
4 (14 ounce) vegetable broth

7 corn tortillas
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 bag tortilla chips
2 bags egg noodles
2-1 lb. bags of rice

Worcestershire Sauce
Dry mustard
Minced Garlic
1/2 cup Honey
Apple Cider Vinegar
chili powder
bay leaf
vegetable oil
margarine or butter
ingredients to make two batches of cornbread
