Mozzarella, Tomato and Potato Pie

2 pound potatoes
1/2 pound mozzarella (you can use already shredded)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3 tomatoes
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
pepper & salt to taste
1/4 tea. nutmeg

Thinly slice the mozzarella (if you are not using shredded) and the tomatoes. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water for 25 minutes, until completely tender and mash them with 1/4 cup butter. Add some milk if you need to but the mashed potatoes should be thick and firm because the mozzarella and tomatoes you add on top will release some liquid. Season with pepper and salt to taste and 1/4 tea. nutmeg. Spread the mashed potatoes in a pie pan or baking dish. Place half the mozzarella on top of the mashed potatoes. Put the tomato slices on top of the mozzarella. Sprinkle the basil and oregano all over the tomatoes and cover the tomatoes with the remaining mozzarella. Sprinkle over the top the Parmesan. Place the casserole/pie into a preheated oven and bake at 400F˚ for 25 to 30 minutes. Until the cheese has turned golden brown on top.
