Hawaiian Kabobs

1/2 large can pineapple juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
2-3 lbs. chicken breast, cut up into bite-sized pieces
1 1b. bacon
1 can pineapple chunks (or fresh cut-up pineapple)
wooden skewers, soaked in water for 10 minutes

Make marinade from pineapple juice and soy sauce and marinate chicken chunks for a couple of hours.
Wrap chicken chunks in pieces of bacon and thread onto skewers, alternating with pineapple chunksLightly oil the grill grate. Grill the chicken kebabs 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until chicken is done and juices run clear.
Serve over rice.
