1 lb. lean ground beef, optional
2 cans vegetarian chili
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 1/2 cups Frito's corn chips
1 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
If you want meat in this dish, cook ground beef until meat is browned; drain. Stir the chili and 1/4 c. of cheese together and add the meat if you are using it. Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips in bottom of baking dish. Cover with chili mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Spread sour cream over chili mixture. Top with remaining cheese and corn chips. Bake 4-5 minutes longer.
