1/4 cup soft cheese such as a goat chevre
2 Tbsp drained and chopped sun-dried tomatoes packed in olive oil
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, combine ricotta, soft cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil. I used my Kitchenaid mixer. Mix well to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
