canned refrigerated biscuits,
a rolling pin,
a small circle cookie cutter,
oil to fry your donuts
and whatever glaze or toppings you want.
Our glaze was made of powdered sugar, a little vanilla and a bit of water until it makes a consistency that is firm enough to stay on the donuts but thin enough to easily glaze on them. You could also use melted chocolate chips for a chocolate frosted donut, or cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Use your rolling pin and roll out the biscuit dough trying to keep it in as round as possible. Then use the small circle cookie cutter to cut out the middle of the donut. Roll the centers into balls for donut holes.
Now fry the donuts. Watch carefully and when you see the bottom half of the donut start to brown, flip them over to brown the other side.
drizzle both sides with the glaze and immediately add the sprinkles or any other decorations.
Now they are ready to eat!
