1 can Refried Beans
dash of Tabasco Sauce
1 small can Diced Green Chilies
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
¾ cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Guacamole
¾ cup Monterey Jack Cheese
1 can Black Olives
1 cup Pico De Gallo
1/8 cup chopped cilantro leaves
1 small can of jalapeno slices
Put refried beans into microwave safe bowl. Add the Tabasco sauce and the diced green chilies and ground cumin. Stir well. Put in the microwave for two minutes.
Spread the beans on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish or platter. Over this sprinkle the sharp cheddar. If your platter will fit in the microwave, then you might want to melt the cheese by microwaving for about 30 more seconds. Next, spread over the sour cream. The next layer is the guacamole. Follow this with a layer of Monterey Jack Cheese and a nice sprinkling of chopped black olives. Lastly, place a generous layer of Pico de Gallo. Spread over the top a sprinkling of chopped cilantro leaves and the sliced jalapenos.
Put a bed of lettuce on each persons' plate and have them take a portion and put on the lettuce. Serve with corn chips.
