Katie's Fruit Smoothies




1 cup ice
2 cups fruit (I used strawberries)
1 egg (optional)
2 1/2 cups orange juice
1 cup sugar


Pour the ice into the blender. Prepare fruit, if needed, such as cutting the tops off the strawberries. Pour fruit on top of the ice.

Add egg, juice and sugar. Blend, starting on low until the ice crushes, and then switch to a higher level.
Makes about 7 cups. Enjoy!
